Gerard O'Donnell, LEED AP BD+C

I am a Construction Superintendent in NYC with more than 6 years experience building some of the largest and most complicated projects in the Manhattan skyline and the  surrounding area.  Prior to starting in the construction industry I attended The Cooper Union and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering specializing in concrete design.  So naturally as a superintendent I have leaned on my education and experience to lead foundations and superstructure concrete.  

 

On this website I have showcased the projects that I have worked on and have also added a bit of my creative side with videos that I have created using either drones or GoPros.  Whether it is through my work or in my hobbies I am driven by sustainable practices and showcasing the natural world around us.  Aligning with that I have recently obtained my LEED accreditation and am working on my first LEED Gold project now.
